OpenView Labs recently completed a gut renovation of 10,000 square feet of office space at 303 Congress Street in Boston. Integrated Interiors (II) and Environments at Work (www.environmentsatwork.com) were selected to provide both architectural products and furnishings to help OpenView Labs realize a fresh, updated workspace.  Products were specifically selected to help maximize the waterviews throughout the new space.

In order to maximize light and views within the space, a combination of 500 lineal feet of moveable walls and glass fronts were installed.  Both Haworth “standard” Enclose Walls and Enclose Frameless Glass (EFG) Walls were utilized in conjunction with walls from Klein’s Extendo System.

Additionally, new furnishings included 38 workstations, conference tables, as well as products to outfit team rooms, call rooms, creative and video lab spaces.

II and EAW completed the project on time, and the client was pleased with the aesthetic, acoustics, and functionality of the space.
