The building is 68,000 square feet and located on the campus of the University of Massachusetts Boston, near the John F. Kennedy

Presidential Library and Museum, on Columbia Point in the Dorchester neighborhood of Boston. The building was designed by Rafael Viñoly and will conform to Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) specifi cations for sustainable building.

Utilizing II’s prefabricated raised access fl oor system provides unlimited access to power and data termination points throughout the space; conventional fl ooring solutions won’t allow this.

Integrated Interiors (II) helped the The Edward M. Kennedy Institute for the United States Senate (the EMK Institute) create a dynamic space utilizing Haworth’s TecCrete raised floor system in a tiered floor application with underfl oor air delivery.
